The stay is pleasant and staff are friendly, but speak very minimum english.
Super easy to find food around the place. Very convenient for family traveling as the MRT station is about 10 minutes walk away, but the tube station is stairs (about 50 steps, no escalators), if have an elderly family has to take notes.
The hotel toilet has to dispose of all used toilet paper in a bin, I guess it's an old system that doesn't support dissolved toilet paper?! Maybe can consider how to upgrade to a model system, as not all tourists can accept this, definitely not for my 2 western kids.

Not worth the price
The staff was friendly and helpful
Wifi didnt work, the shower door wouldnt seal and water was everywhere. No iron was provided, the safe wasnt working. The TV video quality was poor, etc.

The location was pretty good. 5 min walk from the MRT station.
The hotel was old. Also there were many trash under the bed.
